This was one of the most unique weddings I’ve photographed to date. It wasn't because of the venue but because it was alien-themed! Brooke and Michael both love space and the universe, so it was fitting they made their wedding otherworldly. The kids had a blast interacting with the person in the alien costume and playing alien-themed games throughout the night.

Brooke came up with all the decor, and it turned out amazing! I’ve never seen a dress and heels quite like hers before. You could tell a lot of inspiration came from her love of space and galaxies. One of my favorite shots ever taken at a wedding was when all the groomsmen threw Michael in the air and caught him. I took the photo lying on the ground, which gave a nice bottom-up view of Michael and all his groomsmen.

Besides the ceremony, the highlight of the wedding was when Michael played the guitar and sang for Brooke towards the end of the night. It made for such a romantic moment between the couple. I had so much fun photographing this otherworldly wedding!
